We have a dedicated team of experience in machine design, controllers, machine building and laser applications. As a result, we can provide a complete service for laser welding, cutting, and turnkey machine systems. We pride ourselves in being able to work with our customers to make their prints to parts. Our engineers, mechanical professionals, and laser operators work around the clock to design and build required fixturing, develop the laser production process of the parts, and manufacture the parts, for quality and on-time delivery.
We started as a machine calibrator and performance optimizer, and have expanded our business into the growing laser processing industry. Our machine building experience and turnkey systems include the following laser sources: Lumonics, IPG Photonics, Lasag, and Trumpf. The controllers were Fanuc, Siemens, and Delta Tau Umac.
